Meet the Doctor
Dr. Mila Tkachuk, DC
Dr. Mila Tkachuk has spent her life in pursuit of her passions, and is delighted to have found her heart’s calling in the practice of chiropractic.
Dr. Mila Tkachuk graduated from Athens Technical College with Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. After graduation she moved to Savannah, Georgia. While working as a dental hygienist she kept on studying hard and graduated from Savannah State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. After graduation she still felt like her dream wasn’t fulfilled, so she moved to Marietta to persue the higher education. She received her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University.
While studying at Life University, Dr. Mila was a member and a leader of several clubs including Activator club, where she helped teaching the technique to students on weekly basis. She was also a President of the Full Spine Diversified Technique club. In addition, Dr. Mila received an Outstanding Leadership Award from Life University. Her goal was before graduating to master minimum five adjusting techniques. Currently Dr. Mila Tkachuk is mastered Full Spine/Diversified Technique, extremity adjusting and she is Certified in Activator, Thompson and Cox Techniques. Within these clubs, adjusting seminars and during the internship time, she was able to concentrate on developing her adjusting skills and became very proficient in what she does.
Dr. Mila has been seeing a Chiropractor regularly since she was in undergraduate school. The positive results from her regular adjustments inspired Dr. Mila to pursue a career in Chiropractic care. Dr. Mila Tkachuk is originally from the Ukraine, but now calls Georgia her home. As she says, whatever your passion or goal is, Dr. Mila is here for you. She is honored and ready to assist you on your path to healing and wholeness.
